Do I have to pay for a quote?

No. We can assess a job quickly and easily, providing sound impartial advice with no cost.

How long will the quote take?

Up to 5 working days on its complexity depending

Can you supply all product ranges?

Yes. See our links section for details of suppliers

Do you use subcontractors?

It depends on the job. Our electricians are BIC approved, we have CORGI registered boiler engineers. If extensive plastering is required we will use one of our professional plasterers.

How long does it take to fit a kitchen?

It depends on the complexity of the job. Generally around 1 to 2 weeks to fit an entire kitchen

Do you do the tiling?

Yes. All tilers we use are professional tilers by trade. See the portfolio for examples of our tiling.

Is there anything you won't do?

Not really. Anything is possible, given the time and money. ITS YOUR DREAM! Although it is not out of the question, we tend to avoid decorating.

What about *H.P. kitchen taps that incorporate a spray?

We are experts in installation. We can provide a consultation to discuss what fixtures will be appropriate.

Will a pump improve my existing hot water pressure?

Yes. Around ten times in performance.

Can the pump be fitted to any existing system?

It depends on the hot water system.

I have got a combination boiler. Can I have a *HP sink mixer?

Yes- as you will already have mains pressure.

Will I need planning permission to fit my dream kitchen?

It depends on the job, but unless the major structure is being altered, then no.

Do you do under floor heating?

Yes. There are two types you can use- WATER-FILLED (fed from hot water system) and ELECTRIC (electric wiring embedded into flooring. Both are Thermostatically controlled.

Can you put ceramic floor tiles on to a wooden floor?

Yes, with a tile preparation board reinforcing on the floor surface and a special flexible floor tile adhesive.
